TEGAN CUMMINS - EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST
Tegan has a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Rehabilitation from the University of Wollongong. She is approachable, kind, always smiling, professional and very knowledgeable. Because of these attributes, she can be your guide on a road to a fitter and healthier future.
The space and equipment: We are in quite a small space, but that doesn't limit your program design or exercises. And it is actually beneficial on making sure you keep the correct technique and don't get lost in a massive gym or in a class situation.
Programs: Tegan will design a program that is specific to you and what you would like to achieve with health and fitness. Taking in to consideration any conditions or injuries. Every 4 weeks the program is upgraded and girth measurements/weight recorded. Personalised programs allow you to step away from doing the same movements/exercises all the time which can cause a plateau in improvement of strength/fitness/weight loss.
Appointments: Tegan books everyone in by appointment as she limits each session to 4 people at a time (semi private training). You don't need to organise your own people to come with you. You will just slot in with other people that come at that time.
No contracts: If you are with a health fund you may be able to claim under 'exercise physiology'.
